Local information and independent decisions

AlmoraOnline connects local information, businesses and marketplace participants. Editorial, travel and historical material is for general reference. Routes, timings, prices, availability and administrative details can change. Verify important details directly with the relevant provider or authority before acting.

Your listings and account

Use accurate information and an email address you control. Submit only lawful offers and images you have permission to use. Do not impersonate another person, post misleading claims, expose private contact details, spam or collect other people’s contact information. Keep sign-in codes private. You are responsible for the accuracy of your offer and for your own transaction decisions.

Review, verification and paid placement

Listings and material changes may require review before publication. Email verification confirms access to an email address; it does not prove business ownership, identity or an offer’s quality. Source checks, ownership verification and paid Featured or Sponsored placement are separate labels. A listing or external link does not guarantee availability, quality or endorsement.

Business plans and historical contacts

The free business path remains available. The current free plan includes business information, one approved image and an enquiry form; the existing Premium plan supports up to eight approved images and eligible verified business contacts. The plan page shows applicable prices and benefits. Payment does not bypass review or automatically publish a listing. Historical records can be incomplete; archived contact details are withheld and are not used for enquiry delivery unless a current owner separately verifies them.

Safe communication and contact sharing

Use verified marketplace chat for private marketplace communication. Request a phone number only for a legitimate enquiry, and respect the owner’s decision. Do not bypass consent or contact limits. Inspect goods and independently verify property, employment and payment claims. Never share an OTP or pay merely to receive money. Use the available report and block controls if something appears unsafe.

Moderation, restrictions and appeals

We may hold, reject, close or remove listings and limit accounts or contact access when needed to enforce these rules or investigate abuse. Reports are reviewed; automated safeguards cannot detect every scam or error. Affected members can view available status and appeal controls. An administrator’s unblock does not undo another member’s block, restore revoked phone grants or automatically republish rejected offers.

Enquiries, external services and copyright

Directory enquiries are stored and may be sent to the relevant business under the enquiry notice shown before submission. External services follow their own terms. Original editorial material, photographs and design remain protected by their respective owners’ rights. Do not republish full articles or images without permission; short quotations should include attribution and a link. Legacy articles remain available and may still require factual or media review.
