The Young Men's
Christian Association,
a movement based on Christian
principles, was founded on 6th July 1844 in London. The aim was to
take care of the Physical, Intellectual, Spiritual and Social
needs of Young People. Since then, the YMCA has gone on
encompassing the world.

YMCA, founded on 1927,
plays a unique and an effective role in reaching out to the youth,
building bridges of understanding, friendships and co-operations
across national, cultural and religious boundaries and thus, helps
people to realise their aspirations for the meaningful and
effective future.

ideal for Meditation, photography, Workshops,
Seminars & leadership programmes. It provides
facilities for Camping and exposure to Kumaoni culture through
